Job Summary:
OPPORTUNITY:
The Sales Operations & Strategy Senior Analyst will have the opportunity to think strategically and help support the development of key processes, procedures and initiatives for the company. This position requires extensive cross-group coordination at all levels, excellent communication and analytic skills, compelling presentations and comprehensive business review materials that span all the various functions. The position will participate in overall strategy discussions and facilitate business execution.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Carry out research, strategic analysis, and modeling to produce reports and other presentations that support company strategic initiative
• Assist in driving analytics to understand industry and competitive dynamics, evaluate the overall performance of the company, or the impact of specific initiatives
• Serve with other team members as internal advisors to executives and other key stakeholders in various strategic and operational improvement projects within the Company, helping drive impact and developing strong business relationships
• Aid in the execution or project management of important initiatives, and help ensure the timely implementation of key tasks or ad hoc project and requests
• Participate in strategic business meetings and conference calls
• Assist in creating executive communications and presentations for a number of internal and external forums
• Provide organizational support and ensure action items, deadlines, and deliverables are completed
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in an analyst-type position at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, private equity fund or similar.
• Candidate should be hardworking, well rounded, eager to learn from those around them, and enjoys problem solving.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Outstanding analytic and strategic problem solving skills; ability to generate business insights using syndicated data
• Superior organizational and project/time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Intellectual curiosity
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated business acumen; ability to understand key financial, and operational drivers affecting business
• Ability to facilitate alignment of cross-functional objectives.
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Excel and Powerpoint proficiency
• Media experience is a plus but not required
