As part of CNÉ’s Video Distribution & Operations team, this role requires expertise in managing and applying best practices across multiple YouTube channels and other distribution endpoints and providing video support for the organization. Candidate must have a passion for digital video, how it's consumed, where it's shared and must love geeking out with data.
Responsibilities
• Day to day management of multiple YouTube channels
• Write titles and descriptions for videos, optimizing for YouTube and other endpoints
• Tag all videos with a focus on the YT algorithm
• Advanced thumbnail creation
• Add end screens to videos
• YT community management (community posts, comment moderation, channel curation, etc.)
• Surfacing insights via YT Analytics and other tools
• Work within an internal content management system
• Provide general video support and training for various internal teams
• YT ContentID
Requirements
• Ability to work across multiple teams including Production, Programming, Strategy, Brand Editors, Sales & Account Management, Marketing, Product, Ad Ops
• Advanced understanding of the YouTube algorithm
• Advanced Photoshop for thumbnail creation
• Expertise of YouTube Analytics
• Expertise of YouTube CMS
• YouTube Certification a plus
