Overview

Canon Solutions America Credit Analysts are responsible for reviewing credit holds on current customers and working with collections staff, sales and service to secure payment and mitigate loss. Responsibilities
Responsible for analyzing credit and financial reports to determine risk involved in extending credit and setting terms for new and existing customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Compare liquidity, profitability, and credit histories of individual or company being evaluated with similar establishments to determine risk.
• Compile reports regarding finance and credit data.
• Prepare credit analysis for review by upper management.
• Review individual or commercial customer files to identify and select delinquent accounts for collection.
• Reconcile customer statements/billings.
• Minimize bad debt risk and maximize accounts receivable collections.
• Conduct collection calls and customer visits to collect Accounts Receivables.
• Train, counsel, advise, and communicate credit department policy and procedures to company personnel.
• Generate financial ratios, using computer programs, to evaluate customers' financial status.
Qualifications
Your qualifications must include a minimum of an Associate's degree or 2 years experience in business-to-business/commercial collections. Strong organizational, analytical skills, excellent communication and proven customer service skills are required. Must also be experienced in skip tracing and credit analysis. Proficiency in Word and Excel are a must. Oracle experience a plus.
