Job Description
Job Summary:Are you a high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Sales organization as a Business Development Executive? If so, you could be a key part of a Sales Team consisting of a Sales Manager & 3-5 Account Executives hunting new business within specific territories and market.

• Create and focus strategic target account lists within a defined territory or market
• Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
• Conduct high level conversations and collaborate with account executives in prospect accounts
• Achieve yearly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business
• Works closely with Park & Corporate Marketing/Sales on digital sales tactics and communications
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 Years of full-time corporate sales experience (consulting, technical support or training)
• 1 Year of corporate prospecting experience
• CRM or Marketing automation application experience: Salesforce or Exact Target product experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications
• Track record of success (1+ years) in CRM or related business application sales, engaging B/C-level decision makers
• Detailed knowledge of CRM Cloud applications (hands on experience with salesforce preferred)
• Outstanding presentation skills required including the ability to adapt style based on audience and comfortable with video presentations
• Inside sales experience & live chat applications
• Enterprise prospecting experience is a plus
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
• Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
• Good time management with strong organizational skill
• Multilingualism is considered an asset
