Position at MentorMate, Inc
MentorMate is seeking an Office Administrator to be responsible for various tasks that help our office run efficiently. The position is responsible for answering phones, greeting guests, arranging travel, expense reports, ordering supplies, preparing the office for the business day, some executive support and sales support, and other tasks as assigned.

Shift Available
• Monday-Friday 7:45am-5:15pm
Responsibilities Include:
• Welcomes and greets visitors and administers appropriate access levels with a friendly, outgoing personality
• Answers, screens and directs incoming phone calls
• Arranges travel for staff and executives
• Submits monthly expense reports for executives
• Assists the accounting department with administrative tasks
• Conducts market research for sales and executive teams
• Provides administrative support and light scheduling for sales and executive teams
• Proofreads staff CV’s and formats to standard templates
• Orders office supplies, lunches for meetings, and beverages for office
• Sorts and distributes incoming correspondence and mail
• Manages hard copy and electronic files and records - includes scanning and retrieving corporate documents, records and reports
• Maintains organized office area, including light cleaning in common areas
• Ensures coffee/water/beverages are available at all times for visitors and for staff
• Additional tasks as requested
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Authorization for employment in the U.S.
• Customer service, telephone and computer skills
• Professional personal appearance, cheerful presence and people skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceed the highest standards of integrity and business ethics especially when handling confidential information
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency with Google Apps including Gmail, Calendar and Google Docs
• Travel booking experience
• Advanced writing skills
Desired Start Date:
• July 1, 2018
Compensation:
• $15-16/hr
