The Operations Administrator will utilize analytical and technical skills to identify, investigate, log and resolve billing issues impacting customer invoicing.

Responsibilities
• Efficiently and accurately troubleshoot billing, meter, and sales application inquiries from customers, sales team, and business operations department
• Manage the accurate entry of maintenance contracts, price increases, meter reads and purchase orders into the billing system
• Respond to questions regarding sales application
• Quickly and accurately research and resolve identified billing related issues utilizing system applications
• Work effectively with teams within our department and with other departments including Sales, IT, Service, etc. towards the corporate goal of Customer satisfaction
• Handle additional responsibilities and projects as needed to meet team targets and department initiatives
Qualifications
• Associate's degree or college degree preferred. High School Diploma / GED with equivalent experience required
• Minimum 2 years of business operations experience or equivalent
• Previous billing resolution experience is a plus
• Excellent PC skills required in both Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong follow up, oral, and written communication skills
