Job Summary:
The Producer owns and optimizes the product development process. The role of a producer is to work with the team to reach its goals by ensuring development runs smoothly, assisting in communication between the departments and helping the team stay in the loop and on task with ongoing projects.
Essential Job Functions:
• Pre-release responsibilities focused on completing the game on time for release. This means scheduling design, art, and programing so that teams have the assets they need to do the work they need to do
• Responsible for mentorship, evaluations, conflict resolution and recognition of the staff to maintain highly motivated and engaged employees.
• Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, benchmarks, and release
• Conducting regular planning and review sessions with team members; identifying future problems and work to avoid them
• Schedule Quality Assurance
• Ensuring a stable gaming product is submitted to the QA process
• Drive the game development and lead the team by:
◦ Reviewing the game with quality and consistency in mind and provide constructive feedback
Position Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Required Experience:
• 5+ years of professional work experience
• 2+ years of experience leading teams or managing projects
• Project management experience and demonstrable track record of scheduling and completing projects on time
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Familiarity with game play features of current casino video and mechanical slots
• Passion to create fun games with an engaging player experience
• Adept with Word and Excel (or Google Sheets)
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• High proficiency in Agile Project management software tools (Trello, JIRA, basecamp, etc..)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent time management skills
Preferred Skills:
• Video game development, particularly in mathematical and puzzle games

Office environment
Work Conditions:
May require weekend and evening hours. May require travel.
