We’re seeking a seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Director, Client Value in Chicago to lead Integral Ad Science's growing Client Value Team in the Central U.S. The primary focus of our Client Value Team is to grow revenue through customer retention and up-selling. Our experienced Client Value Team prides itself in assisting advertisers and agencies alike in making informed decisions about their Digital Media planning and spending. To succeed in this role, you will need to forge strong connections with key stakeholders and work to align client objectives with IAS products and offerings.
Reporting to the Managing VP, Client Value, the Director, Client Value will drive our approach to regional account planning, renewals, and pipeline generation. You will also manage and develop a high performing team to support 2018-2019 growth targets. You will be at the heart of our customer operations and a crucial part of our Client Value Team.
What you'll do:
• Manage and develop your team to exceed account retention and upsell goals for all team members and to support growth of the company book of business.
• Ensure consistent quarterly achievement of customer retention and net retention goals through upsell, focused on driving high quality revenue.
• Be a proactive, positive, and cross-functional member of the regional sales team.
• Develop close partnerships with the Marketing, Sales Strategy and Service teams to drive continuous improvement throughout the entire sales funnel
What you'll need:
• 8+ years demonstrated success in a client facing/account management role working with agencies and advertisers, with proven ability to grow and retain revenue
• 3+ years demonstrating success hiring, mentoring and leading high performing teams
• Established record of executing against sales and planning processes to achieve renewal and expansion goals
• Experience selling to agency and brand executives; has closed new business deals
• Strong presence and able to inspire/unite a team

• Willing to work out of our Chicago office
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills; strong Powerpoint and Excel skills.
• BA/BS degree in media, digital marketing, finance or equivalent experience.
