Job Description
We’re seeking a Director, Product Partnerships to own the development, management and growth of technology and media partnerships which will dramatically accelerate the capabilities and revenue growth of our Guaranteed suite of products.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Gathering feedback from a wide range of teams to understand what Guaranteed product needs can be filled via partnerships
• Identifying, filtering and prioritizing potential new partnership opportunities
• Negotiating commercial and legal terms with partners, working across legal, finance and technical teams
• Managing the onboarding and launch of new partner offerings
• Acting as an internal subject matter expert on partner capabilities and values, and working with Product Marketing to communicate those to the organization
• Owning the ongoing relationship with partners and ensuring the partnership is meeting and exceeding expectations
Qualifications
• Experience negotiating complex partnership contracts
• Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, especially ad exchanges and data/measurement providers
• Demonstrated track record of strong judgment and ability to act independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex topics simply to a wide range of audiences
• Minimum 7 years’ experience
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
