Digital Experience Marketing Manager – Informa | Financial Intelligence, New York, NY
Informa Finiancial Intelligencehas a newly created opportunity for a Digital Experience Marketing Managerto join its New Yorkteam. The Digital Experience Marketing Manager will play a key role in BI’s digital transformation defining and improving the customer experience across the vertical digital properties. This role will focus on defining and delivering enhancements to the customer journey, underpinned by robust analytics and cross channel reporting. The Digital Experience Marketing Manager will be the voice of the customer, working closely alongside marketing and technical delivery teams, to define a roadmap to deliver optimized experiences across multiple touchpoints. This exciting role will also become the driving force of the ecommerce approach for the vertical, helping shape and identify a proposition focused on improving user journeys and conversion. This role is within the Finance vertical within Informa’s Business Intelligence division and will report into the Head of MarComms.
In this role you will:
• Own the digital user experience – focused on enhancing the prospect and customer experience across multiple digital touch points, using robust analytics and applying a deep understanding of customer behavior and UX principles
• Build on existing personas and user journeys to define a picture of the vertical landscape, and plan a roadmap of actionable deliverables to increase conversion
• Work with technical, content, product and marketing teams optimizing existing customer journeys and platforms and developing new experiences
• Create robust analytical reports, KPI’s and metrics to support decisions - communicating and reporting on a regular basis to wider business stakeholders
• Become the vertical subject matter expert for digital customer experience and web analytics keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments
• Work with Digital Experience Marketing Managers across other verticals to support a new center of excellence across digital experience, analytics and ecommerce
• Deliver through a test and learn approach, continuously implementing changes and validating outcomes to maximize on marketing lead generation opportunities
• Lead the vertical and product SEO strategy to include audit of current landscape, onsite optimization, offsite authority building and content optimization
• Lead an ecommerce approach for the vertical, focusing on improving user journeys and converting sales ready leads
Key responsibilities:
• Optimise the digital customer journey for our key personas
• Lead the SEO strategy
• Manage paid advertising spend (primarily google adwords)
• Web Site Testing
• Digital Analytics
• Landing page design and execution
Required Experience:
• 3 plus years of proven experience designing digital and mobile experiences, supported by a good knowledge and application of web analytics and website optimization
• Strong Adobe Suite and HTML experience
• UI background and the abilty to create high performing sites
• Experience working within multiple CMS environments including building and administering landing pages, content application and optimisation; Site Core Experience a plus
• Experience with ecommerce enhancements and utilising as a key sales channel
• Strong analytical skills with experience of using analytics packages including Google Analytics, A:B / MVT tools , SEO and monitoring tools
• Experience managing and working alongside agencies to define and deliver against key objectives to drive performance
• Experience in agile methodologies and approaches
