Job Summary
This role will be supporting our new Market Engagement organization reporting directly to the Regional Vice President for Market Engagement. Under the general direction of their direct management, the Account Executive Coordinator is responsible for supporting the regional account executives and serving as a conduit for new build opportunities in markets without regional account executives.. This will be a crucial support role in supporting the capture of new market share for the assigned regions. The role will function in a Virtual Account Executive team environment, and will be critical in cultivating and funneling new build opportunities.
This role will provide support with project entry into Workfront, securing needed plats and project information, searching permit filings, preparing project detail workbooks for Direct Sales teams, validating home and lot counts, and providing coordination with field and project management teams.
Responsibilities
• Project entry into Workfront, including securing of all necessary information
• Be the subject matter expert on new build opportunities in your assigned region
• Ensure effective communication flow with the Regional Account Executives
• Query prospect database for new build opportunities and work with field teams to validate
• Preparation of project detail reports and handoff to Sales Teams
• Work in a virtual environment supporting field teams across the assigned region
Qualifications / Requirements
Management Skills
• Strong ability for self-management of day to day tasking and time scheduling
• Demonstrated organizational management skills in a highly complex, fast growing technical environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with senior management, peers, staff, vendors, and contractors
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust priorities based on workload and direction from management
Technical/Functional Competencies
• Ability to manipulate and analyze data, in excel and other data software
• Demonstrated ability to resolve roadblocks to delivery in multi-organization teams where no direct management responsibility exists
• Ability to effectively adapt to and apply rapidly changing technology to business needs
Key Experiences/Achievements
• HS or Associates degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, construction management or business development
