About our group:
Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for setting the direction of the company’s dynamic financial planning activities. We lead several company-wide financial planning processes including the 5 Quarter Rolling Forecast and Long-Range planning in addition to handling the Executive Committee financial analysis and reporting. We are embedded in the newly formed “Navigation” arm of Finance and we’re looking for a new team member. The ideal candidate will be looking for a chance to leave their mark on the way Bose does Financial Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the corporate 5QRF process. Specific responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
• Manage the Host Analytics system access
• Support new capability implementations in Host
• Provide change management leadership for the process
• Design and improve processes with Navigation and operational partners
• Provide analysis & insight on forecast results
• Champion the process
Provide support for the Executive reporting activities as well as related analysis:
• Supporting regular and ad hoc analysis needs of the CEO, CFO and Corporate Steering Committee
• Support the transition from excel based reporting to Power BI
• Make connections at the corporate level between the markets where we compete, to Bose strategies and plans
Provide Financial & Business Navigation support to the Strategy & Incubation organizations:
• Responsible for understanding, supporting and influencing spending forecasts for the four S&I groups; Corporate Development, Strategy, CMI, and Incubation
• Support the analysis efforts for the groups
Other areas of opportunity over the next 6-18 months include:
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s financial models and lead the efforts to surgically update them
• Develop an annual Target setting process that is complimentary to the 5QRF

Qualifications:
• 2-4 years experience in any analytical role
• Finance/Business degree or related experience
