Manager, Int’l Digital Marketing - MPG

The Manager of International Digital Marketing is responsible for the successful development and delivery of projects by managing the execution of day-to-day activities, project planning and timeline, ensuring the department’s objectives are met and finding the best solutions to execute the work. Working directly with the SVP of International Digital Marketing, the Manager provides support as an additional point of contact for vendors, internal departments and local territory offices.
Job Duties
• Helps develop project management strategy, working with SVP, internal departments and vendors to execute on plans.
• Monitors day-to-day activities of vendors to ensure work is progressing as planned.
• Develops and manages project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon.
• Understands and communicates department needs to other internal teams and to vendors, ensuring effective exchange of information and deliverables.
• Provides and promotes high standards of professionalism and leadership, both within and outside the organization, appropriately representing Sony’s business philosophies, protocols and standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor'sdegree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of solid experience in digital marketing, advertising or related business is required
• Proficient with MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and/or Creative Suite
• Works with and understands the implementation of websites, mobile, digital advertising and social media campaigns.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and possess strong interpersonal and management skills.
• Experience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development and brand development.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Needs to be an enthusiastic problem solver who thrives on being engaged at all levels of the project.
• Analytical and quick thinking in a fast-paced environment are essential.
• Previous experience in an agency, studio or network environment.
