This newly created hybrid role is responsible for providing sourcing needs for the Talent Acquisition Team and General Office Support for the Los Angeles Corporate office.
Key responsibilities:
Sourcing duties:
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for supporting sourcing needs for Talent Acquisition Partners across the organization by executing sourcing strategies to include active and passive candidate identification, outreach, talent mapping, screening and competitive research for roles across the company.
• Develop, influence and execute sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates
• Engage with the Talent Team to build the pipeline for short and long-term needs
• Develop candidate profiles and execute on candidate generation strategies, building a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Source candidates to generate pipeline for specific positions, projects, programs or events
• Build a substantial competitive intelligence knowledge base of desired areas, companies, etc.
• Share creative sourcing skills among the broader Talent team
• Utilize research and social media recruiting skills to market roles, attract talent and build online communities
• Build healthy talent communities that includes a high volume of targeted candidates
• Conduct initial screen of candidates and contribute to the pipeline
• Work with ATS system to assist with hiring managers and applicants as needed to help facilitate the recruitment process
• Schedule interviews for Talent Acquisition Partners, HR, Hiring Managers, and interview teams.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to assure successful interaction with high level executives, clients, business associates, and employees
• The ability to handle confidential and sensitive data
Office duties:
• As needed may assists in maintaining the busy calendar for local resolving scheduling conflicts, including meeting invites and other details pertinent to the meeting’s success, prioritizing calendar events and communicating urgent requests or changes to the appropriate parties; coordination of travel arrangements
• First point of contact to all general public inquiries including answering multi- line telephone, screening and directing calls as appropriate
• Provides customer service and addresses questions from internal and external customers
• Greets guests visiting the office escorting them to meeting rooms and ensuring they are met by the respective parties.
• Regularly maintains the master company contact sheets for building
• Receives and sorts mail and deliveries
• Maintains all general office areas including break room, supply room, training rooms, conference rooms and kitchen.
• Maintains general supply inventory and orders necessary supplies
• Takes and relays messages, filtering calls as necessary
Qualifications
• 5+ years of over all relevant work experience
• 2 years of Talent Acquisition Sourcing and or Human Resources
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience working in a startup or sales environment preferred
