The Business Operations & Analytics Product Manager is responsible for the execution of business initiatives and reporting strategy products across all Conde Nast properties. The ideal candidate will develop, manage, and execute plans to deliver results with across all business streams. The ability to understand a complex landscape and creatively work with a diverse team to provide solutions is a must. Enthusiasm and energy help us deliver new ideas, and solutions.
Responsibilities will include:
• Keep up to date with emerging digital platforms, identifying those with benefit, scaling the opportunity and helping advise on implementation.
• Oversee a team developing business data models, metadata definitions and models, queries and reports, schedules, work processes and ensuring alignments with business needs.
• Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses with the support of Analytics team and presenting final recommendations that will drive short- and long-term growth.
• Identify and document business goals and requirements to create specs for Business Intelligence solutions, including metrics and reporting needs.
• Act as an internal systems expert, leveraging system capabilities to identify process improvements across work streams to optimize business operations.
• Lead a team in the ongoing analysis and interpretation of results to develop actionable recommendations on sales strategy, business decisions, and new monetization opportunities.
• Evaluate the performance of current business operations and recommend strategies and tactics to achieve business goals.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
• BA/BS degree in Business, Economics or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 to 8 years relevant experience including experience directly supervising teams and developing people
• The ability to distill complex media, advertising, and technology concepts into clear and simple marketing outputs.
• Excellent organizational skills providing the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities under tight timeframes
• Strong interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong oral/written communication skills, solid presentation skills, and excellent analytical skills are essential.
• Self-driven with ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a deadline-oriented environment
• Proven creative problem-solving and quantitative skills. A strategic thinker who is also proficient in modeling in-depth analyses from the ground up using Excel.
