Position Overview

Then we’re looking for you to be our next Digital Help and Experience Program Manager. Autodesk’s Digital Help and Experience team makes it easy for our customers to discover, subscribe, access, manage, renew, and use our products and services through digital help and learning.
The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible and highly organized, can quickly identify customer and business needs and issues, and is comfortable deriving meaning and relevance from data and perspectives. In this role, you will interface with numerous internal groups, at all levels of management and must be able to quickly form productive working relationships with others of varying technical, skill level, and business backgrounds and to lead, influence and drive critical programs to fruition.
Responsibilities
• Manage multiple and complex projects, including the development and implementation of business strategies and tactics. Understand business requirements and translate them to program deliverables. Ensure program milestones and objectives are met. Communicate program progress and milestones to internal and external stakeholders
• Help define objectives and success measures for new customer-facing initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve buy-in
• Partner, collaborate and facilitate cross functional alignment across key stakeholders including different internal Autodesk functions and various customers and/or third-party partners. Identify and communicate interdependencies among project teams
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party partners to define and implement pilots for Communities of Practice, including online forums, in-person meet-ups and user groups. Monitor pilot success and provide recommendations for enhancements
• Create and implement a strategy and plan for the Digital Help and Experience organization’s presence at Autodesk’s main customer event, Autodesk University. Coordinate plans and activities across multiple teams. Create a strategy and plan to recognize Autodesk’s Expert Elite members via meet-ups and an annual summit meeting
Minimum Qualifications
• 7-10 years of program or product management or management consulting experience
• Understand the software industry and the key challenges it’s facing
• Strong leader who can confidently communicate your ideas upward
• Must be a flexible and creative individual capable of leading and managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast paced, often ambiguous and diverse environment
• Must be able to achieve results in a culture that favors collaborative decision making
• Strong organizational and change management skills
• Proactive problem solving and self-starting individual
• Unafraid to try new things or challenge the status quo
• Exceptional listening, communication and negotiation skills
• Desire to work hard, produce results and have fun doing it
