about the role
A key member of Supply ChainOperations, the supports the day-to-day warehouse operations. Interfaces with third party warehouse personnel and internal customers to meet internal KPIs and customer expectations. Responsible for data collection and reporting in support of internal KPIs and SLAs; and for research and resolution of issues pertaining to Logistics & warehouse.
Support Internal Customers
• Monitor orders, intervenue and take necessary actions engaging external vendors /3rd party logistic (3PL) partners and internal support functions. Intervention activities include research inventory, system errors, fixing orders etc.
• Manage orange internal or customer specific projects such as DCD (Decommissioning Collection, Disposal)
Vendor Support & Reporting
• Maintain a strong working relationship with the SCM suppliers, mainly 3PL & warehouse suppliers, parts providers, freight forwarders and small package shipping providers, and recycling/disposal vendors
• Monitor performance to ensure Vendor/3PL SLAs and KPIs are met
• Interface with vendor/3PL staff as necessary to resolve escalations and issues
• Provide training and coaching in day to day operations to vendor/3PL staff as necessary.
• Develope monthly activity reporting - at different levels, for compliance, performance and project coordination
• Quarantine reports – for 3PL and internal partners FE, RSCC, Procurement team(GLST/MSC) etc…
• Expedites shipping requests
Tools, Documentation & Record Keeping
• Assist with annual and semi-annual physical audits as requested
• Monitor emails and assist with Orange system updates as needed due to EDI or human error
• Subject matter expert responsibility of Orange tools and systems
External Business Partner employee maintenance
• Report tools issues via IT Help Desk ticket on behalf of EBP employees
• Train EBP employees on Orange tools and processes
Daily transactional activity
• Research and resolve intransit shipments to meet intransit KPI
• Research and resolve warehouse receipts to reduce quarantine and improve delivery times
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies reported by internal teams (SCC, GSC)
• Research and resolve EDI issues
• Research and resolve defective returns reported by Westcon as not returned
• Research and resolve replenishment orders not shipped or received within KPIs
about you
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or closely related specialty. Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of degree. Minimum high school graduate with Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Relevant knowledge of broad business practices specifically associated with logistics, warehouse operations and inventory management
• Proven knowledge or training in warehouse operations, inventory control, vendor management or related field
• Good working knowledge & experience in data analysis
• Minimum of 4 years in supply chain, warehouse operations, or inventory control in the US, preferably within the telecom or IT industry
• Based in the Atlanta metropolitan area, ability to travel in the US and international
• Proven experience with inventory systems and general back office software programs required
• Proficient in written and oral skills including presentation, group discussions, facilitated discussion.
• Meticulous & highly driven to provide accurate output, multi-task in an effective manner.
• Ability to produce multiple deliverables in parallel and in a timely manner (work to strict deadlines).
• Ability to establish relationships with stakeholders and work closely with other team members.
• Proficient analytical and cognitive skills
• Ability to be flexible in supporting ever changing business analysis needs
• Should be self starter, self motivated, accountable and responsible
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a complex and global environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to complete multiple tasks and solve problems in a timely manner

• Proficient with Office tools - Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Access
