Summary

Yelp is seeking a bright, ambitious, customer service oriented professional who is interested in supporting our Senior Vice President of Product and his team. Responsibilities:
• Proactively manage leadership calendars with strong attention to accuracy, detail, and allocation of time to promote productivity and anticipate the need to re-prioritize as appropriate.
• Provide support on budget and expensing
• Understand business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiency and scale for the leaders and teams
• Identify operational weaknesses and help refine processes or develop new ones
• Anticipate current and future needs while creating detailed action plans to get ahead of them
• Provide support on presentations and department-wide programming such as all hands meetings and planning sessions
• Manage logistics and project manage trainings, events, offsites, and more
• Collaborate with other members of the admin and facilities team to provide seamless support
Requirements:
• Have 2+ years of administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar experience managing and supporting multiple senior leaders and large teams
• Possess expert knowledge of Google Suite Apps (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Gmail)
• Have excellent organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication ability.
• Ability to adapt and think quickly to changing priorities, to balance multiple issues and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Have discretion and sensitivity toward confidential information
• Are committed to support work and the flexible nature of it all
• Client service orientation -- you strive to provide the best service possible as an individual contributor and team player
