Manager, Smart Audio
Job Summary:
The Smart Audio Manager serves as a key point of contact between assigned strategic agencies, client partners and various departments within iHeartMedia.
The Smart Audio Manager is responsible to manage existing accounts and support Smart Audio business team. You will build and maintain broad relationships with both clients, agencies and internal teams, while developing, owning and nurturing new client partnerships.

The Smart Audio Manager serves as a key point of contact between assigned strategic agencies, client partners and various departments within iHeartMedia.
The Smart Audio Manager is responsible to manage existing accounts and support Smart Audio business team. You will build and maintain broad relationships with both clients, agencies and internal teams, while developing, owning and nurturing new client partnerships.
Responsibilities:
• Primary customer relationship management manager on Smart Audio business.
• Works with Account Managers and Performance Strategists/Analytic Leads to understand performance and delivery against client objectives while providing recommendations for efficient KPIs and trends
• Leading account business reviews and goal-setting sessions with clients
• Responsible for managing multiple projects and keeping the team on task with agendas, task trackers and detailed follow-up action plans.
• Identifying opportunities for campaign and overall client success
• Reports to the SVP Smart Audio
Required Qualifications:
• Client management experience (internal and external), including proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines
• Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability, and act on client goals and objectives in a technical environment
• Troubleshooting skills, with creative ability to overcome challenges and problem-solve
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible, team-oriented collaborator
• Schedule & manage events, meetings, presentations and internal database.
• Self-starter capable of thriving in a startup division
• Experience with digital, audio or broadcast radio
• Client-facing Ad Agency, Publisher or Account Management experience in Marketing space
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and/or Salesforce
• 1-3 years experience in Sales, Client Services or Account Management
• BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record or combination of education/experience
