Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the development and growth of our Airport advertising programs, the respective airport relationships, as well as servicing and maintaining all aspects of the advertising program. This position will hire, train and terminate independent contractor relationships. Independent contractors are required to maintain advertising signage and displays to Clear Channel Airports operating standards.
Upon award of a new airport or airport redesign, this position will be responsible for successfully executing the installation of a new advertising display program on time and within budget. This requires independent hiring and management of subcontractors for all capital expenditures binding the company to significant capital commitments ranging from $100,000 to over $1,000,000. This position requires presentation’s to Airport staff for design review, inventory and construction timeline approvals.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain contact with Airport personnel to ensure successful relationships including travel to airports as necessary.
• Hire, train and terminate local independent contractors responsible for maintaining airport displays including travel to airports to train as necessary.
• Presentation to airports for approval for inventory and program designs to maximize revenue.
• Maintain revenue throughout Airport construction projects including management of inventory shifts.
• Set up and order all materials for airport advertising display programs on time and under budget.
• Hire and manage subcontractors during installation of advertising displays.
• Maintain budgets for all capital expenditures, maintenance and repairs.
• Work with sales manager to develop advertiser locations for sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Education
• Certificate or degree in Project Management
Work Experience
• 3+ years related work experience.
Skills
• Ability to read and comprehend engineering blueprints
• Clear understanding of general building codes and permitting procedures
• Must possess strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with leadership qualities
• Able to exercise initiative and independent judgment
• Ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Word and Excel - CADD preferred

Physical Demands
• Travel required up to 50% of time. Could exceed 50% based on project workload.
• Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands, to lift and move items up to 15 pounds, see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus.
