Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Work with CRM management to understand, document and analyze the CRM campaign production funnel
• Facilitate the ongoing production and executional process of CRM campaigns, ensuring that operational tools and stakeholders are properly moving campaigns forward
• Coordinate weekly meetings between planning and execution groups
• Develop and implement new processes and tools across the CRM group to improve internal team workflow as well as workflow with other teams (Business Teams in SFO and Production Teams) in full alignment with EMEA.
• Ensure processes are optimized and executed effectively for product pre-launch, launch and post launch
• Direct teams and individuals toward project schedules and identify risks and risk mitigation while ultimately delivering a superior customer experience
• Facilitate resolution of project issues and roadblocks to project success
• Operate and own the CRM documentation and SharePoint site content and structure, ticketing tools, calendaring, and process management toolset.
• Ensure team communications are timely, informative and accurate
• Assist CRM management in creating and presenting reports and analysis as requested.[KM1]
• Be the reference for player advocacy across the company
Qualifications
• 5 Years’ Experience in business or technical program or process or project management role
• [KM1] Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• PMP, 6Sigma or other equivalent project or process management certification a plus
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for organization of process is a requirement
• Team player, adept at building relationships across organizations
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with a diverse employee pool
• Expertise with process elaboration, iteration and implementation, business systems and technology
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Proficiency with MS Office suite
• Knowledge and expertise of Process coordination toolsets like SharePoint, Basecamp, Slack, Gliffy, Jira, Asana, etc. required.
• Proficiency in CRM solutions such as Adobe, Exact Target, or other marketing automation software a strong plus
• French language skills are a plus
