Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing a team that services and supports specific business system products and services including: black & white and color printers and copiers, document management solutions and related software.
• Selects, hires, trains and develops current and new field service technicians.
• Addresses and resolves escalated customer issues effectively to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the warehousing process as it relates to inventory.
• Publish, distribute, train and ensure compliance of all current published standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience.
• A minimum of 7 years field service experience in an office technology industry, or similar.
• Strong communication skills including the desire to develop and lead a team.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Hands on field technical experience with multi-functional products is necessary, with a broad knowledge of products including digital and electromechanical technology; Canon products experience strongly preferred.
• Microsoft Office and networking knowledge required; Lotus Notes and Oracle are a plus.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a mobile capacity throughout the day, as needed.
