Responsibilities
• Interact with sales personnel, legal counsel and outside customers to discuss terms and conditions of CSA Agreements.
• Serve as main point of contact for Canon Solutions America Sales Force for document requests.
• Organize and manage document requests to completion.
• Review all documents for business related risk.
• Review Customer Purchase Orders and Customer Contracts.
• Review modifications to any Canon Solutions America documents.
• Review Business Services addendum requests and contracts.
• Work with Sales Force to explain Company position.
• Draft document addenda to contracts and CSA agreements based on guidelines and legal counsel input.
Qualifications
Your qualifications must include the following:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of related industry experience
• Must be detail oriented, articulate and well-organized
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Strong decision making and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, meet strict deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
• Troubleshooting skills
• Microsoft Office background and prior Oracle experience
