Associate Director, Digital Marketing for Harper's BAZAAR
We are seeking an Associate Director, Digital Marketing for Harper’s BAZAAR. The Associate Director will develop creative and impactful marketing solutions that meet client objectives to drive digital revenue for Harper’s BAZAAR, its social channels, and relevant emerging platforms. These include Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube and more.
This role will challenge you to ideate and develop large-scale strategic programs for BAZAAR’s most important clients, and be part of the sales process to win the business. The role will be working alongside the Integrated, Editorial and Digital and Partnerships teams.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with Publisher and Sales Lead on developing digital strategy for the brand, and how to best bring digital programs to life
• Has strong creative skills and develop custom solutions in response to RFPs
• Attend client meetings for a wide array of premium brands such as Gucci, David Yurman, Estee Lauder and more
• Share digital best practices across the larger marketing team
IDEAL CANDIDATE
• 6+ years marketing and advertising experience
• Must have experience writing ad sales marketing proposals
• Fashion and/or beauty category experience is preferred
• Understands and has relevant experience with advertisers looking to reach our audiences
• Thrives in a dynamic and fast paced, high volume environment focused on both internal and external selling of ideas and concepts
• Creative, resourceful, proactive, self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong Powerpoint, Keynote, and InDesign
• Knowledge of comScore, Adobe Analytics, SalesForce
