Job Summary:

The company owns and operates 850+ broadcast radio stations, serving more than 150 markets throughout the U.S. Plus, iHeartRadio - a free, industry-leading, digital music service - gives users instant access to more than 2,000 live radio stations and allows them to create custom stations inspired by favorite artists or songs, anywhere they are.
Responsibilities
• Contribute to the design of useful, usable, and desirable user interfaces in a team environment.
• Use business requirements and user workshops to develop scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-throughs, and prototypes.
• Maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns.
• Collaborate with on User Research to plan generative studies, formative evaluations and usability testing.
• Communicate design considerations to different audiences (e.g. engineers, PMs, UX researchers, etc.); Define the interaction model for a new generation of interactive and connected apparel.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience creating world-class user interface design in web, mobile-web experiences
• At least 5 years experience with design process with a portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience (Intranets, Customer Portals, Internal Collaboration Sites,Consumer-facing Websites & apps).
• Ability to create mockups and prototypes and quickly refine them through interactions with business users and delivery teams
• Ability to establish a data-driven culture and a repeatable, structured and disciplined approach to the UX development process.
• Experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wire-frames for complex web applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated fluency in best practices for web-based and mobile information architecture and responsive design, as well as deep and broad knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
• Ability to communicate design concept ideas through sketches and wireframes
• Expertise of design tools, such as: Sketch, Invision, Zeplin, Principle & Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Past experience in designing UX business systems applications.
• Ability to work gracefully and have a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Ability to prototype in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/kanban).
Experience:
• BA in design, human computer interaction or related degree or equivalent experience. You should have proven experience in designing web experiences and applications.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design
