Job Description
Ubisoft Entertainment, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a CRM Traffic Coordinator. The Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all proprietary advertising campaigns are planned, calendared, built, and executed to meet business goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, experience in a digital group or role, and a highly detailed and organized approach to work. The Traffic Coordinator will work daily with the CRM strategic managers and CRM integration team to ensure proper planning and execution of all content.
Responsibilities:
• Management of proprietary advertising campaigns, including, but not limited to, trafficking, pacing, optimization and reporting
• Support content sourcing for management of a centralized content calendar
• Execute change request and revisions to campaigns in a timely manner
• Maintain frequent communication and cooperation with campaign strategists and other stakeholders on status of campaigns
• Help to improve working procedures
• Help to identify different ways our internal advertising campaigns can expose gamers to the goods and services relevant to their playstyle
• Establish best practices on all types of content produced, propose and produce regular optimization testing scenarios (A/B), and implement a quality management process to ensure all content is consistently executed
Qualifications
• College degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration or other applicable fields
• 1-2 years in Marketing/ad trafficking experience
• Experience and knowledge of website structure or online media best practices required
• Highly organized, energetic personality required to coordinate multiple stakeholders on complex processes over shortened timelines
• Strong understanding of technology and standard business software like Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required, additional languages a plus as we are a multi-lingual company
• Passion for gaming, technology and internet culture is a plus
