HRIS Analyst (6 month Temp)

Role Summary
The Human Resources Information System Analyst is responsible for assisting in maintaining the HRIS systems, overall data integrity and security access, accuracy of data and organization of employee information. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitors and updates the HRIS and is the point of contact for user issues.
• Updates account logins, permissions, ongoing reports and security measures.
• Assists in preparing and providing information on employee demographics, trends and projections to senior management.
• Performs routine audits on system data to ensure accuracy and correct incomplete information. Assists managers with data mining to provide the most up-to-date and appropriate reporting needed.
• Runs scheduled reports and creates reports for all administrative departments.
• Provides final data reports in Excel, PDF or other formats as required for presentations, meetings, or other uses.
• Validates and enters HR data in the HRIS for new hires, terminations, titles and status changes.
• Provides data clean-up and monitors HRIS system for potential needed data updates.
• Support requests for reports, organizational data, and analytics, and train end users on how to access this information themselves
• Promote HRIS solutions to HR community and end users, communicating the value of features and functionality and providing hands-on training where necessary
• Develops company user guides for HR systems and provides training to HR system users and administrators, as needed.
Qualifications/Experience
• BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years of HRIS experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)
• Working experience with Taleo environments highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a role with exposure to multiple facets of HR Demonstrated expertise with technology systems, Excel, and other personal computer applications
• Exhibit strong project management skills, which include organization and effective communication to technical and non-technical users
