MEIS architects New York, one of the world's foremost designers of sports and entertainment venues, is hiring! We are looking for a passionate, accomplished, and enterprising candidate who is ready to put their exceptional skills to the test as our new Marketing Coordinator.

As a marketer with MEIS, the successful candidate will interface regularly, comfortably and confidently with high level executives both inside and outside the practice. They will exercise their wide range of experience in all facets of marketing while demonstrating that they are: confident; precise while flexible; have outstanding spoken and written communication skills; are highly organized, professional and ready to show us why they would be an excellent addition to our highly curated team. Knowledge of marketing for a sports architecture practice is not a must; however, the right candidate is able to distill their marketing prowess and apply it to every assignment in a work-hard, play-hard atmosphere. Responsibilities/Qualifications:
• Preparation of proposals, qualification packages, and other materials including designing, writing, editing, and coordinating with in-house staff and outside consultants;
• Organization and development of marketing collateral including project profiles, team resumes, and brochures;
• Production and distribution of presentations, award submissions, and other PR-related materials;
• Assistance with sponsorship events including planning and coordinating;
• Working with project teams in the preparation for interviews;
• Organization and maintenance of photos, database, library and website;
• Maintaining and growing our social media program;
• Bachelors degree, with 1 -2 years of relevant experience;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
