Description
The E.W. Scripps Company is seeking an Ad Operations Coordinator to be based at our corporate office in Cincinnati, OH. This position works under the direction of the Ad Operations Supervisor in supporting the ad operations staff in day-to-day activities. Primary responsibility is to assist with campaign execution through quickly and accurately reviewing and entering orders into multiple ad serving systems.
Key activities:
• Performs accurate and timely entry of customer orders
• Completes ad recognition in a variety of billing systems
• Contributes to a positive professional environment with clients, vendors and internal teams
• Responds to billing team inquiries to resolve monthly invoicing queries
• Generates monthly client campaign reports
• Works with senior specialist to interpret the results of monthly campaign reports
• Monitors orders using system reports and communicates progress to leadership
• Proactively communicates to resolve discrepancies in up-front data preventing accurate or timely order entry
• Interacts with internal and external customers daily through clear and concise written and oral communication
• Works as an active and involved member of the team performing any task needed to support ad operations
• Provides exemplary customer assistance
• Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience/Certifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's degree preferred
• 2-5 years' experience in a related field
Skills & Abilities
• Strong customer service skills
• Superior typing and keyboarding skills
• Detail and accuracy driven
• Strong communication skills and the capability to effectively respond to questions from customers, managers, colleagues, and various functional departments
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Must have the ability to learn new software programs
• Must have good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Communicate and work as a team player both internally and externally
