JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX Networks Group’s Advanced Ad Products division is looking for an Account Coordinator to join the Account Management team. The team handles sales proposal development, campaign execution, and day-to-day client management across the spectrum of FNG digital campaigns. This role will support the entire Account Management department nationwide.
Responsibilities
• Maintain team projects as assigned by Associate Director.
• Support team as needed by assisting with media plans, standard proposal building, and campaign reporting.
• Liaise with multiple departments within the larger organization (Ad Technology, Marketing, Digital Sales, etc.) to facilitate proposal creation and campaign execution.
• Develop a deep understanding of FNG ad products and sales offerings in order to help communicate purchase opportunities to clients.
• Support the campaigns to which he/she is assigned, ensuring smooth execution and exemplary service from initial pitch to final payment.
• Work with dedicated Ad Operations team to track and analyze performance data for distribution to clients.
• Maintain communication about client needs and requests to internal stakeholders, helping to prioritize accordingly.
Requirements
• 0-2 years of experience, preferably operating in an account management-like role at an agency
• Experience supporting advertising campaigns and clients
• Familiarity with digital advertising and its relationship with traditional advertising.
• Passion for advertising and client services.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or commensurate experience.
