Job Description
Publicis Media is launching Salesforce across our global network to track internal business intelligence, new business pitches, client growth and prospecting efforts. As Media Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the Global Business Development, Global Client Practice and Publicis Media’s Salesforce Center of Excellence to ensure that the Salesforce platform is utilized to its fullest potential across all users and stakeholder groups. Your responsibilities include:
• Success Management
◦ Monitor and drive key success metrics across the Publicis Media network in terms of usage, uptake, governance and compliance
◦ Become the PM Salesforce subject matter expert and the custodian of operationalizing the PM Salesforce vision
• Executive support
◦ Be the “go to” person for senior PM executives to support the change management initiatives as they drive the uptake of within their agency brand/region/practice
• Data Quality Management
◦ Ensure data entered into the system is correct and up to date across the various components of the platform: Company, Client, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities and event records.
◦ Participate in data governance initiatives to drive consistent and proper handling of data inside the platform and across the business
• Reporting & Data Analysis
◦ Develop reports and dashboards for client teams & stakeholder groups (Business Development, Global Clients, Local user base) in Salesforce and external tools.
◦ Track and Manage any change requests for reporting requirements from teams
• Training & Change Management
◦ Learn and maintain thorough knowledge of Salesforce and systems including best practices and processes
◦ Train new users & be the initial point of contact to troubleshoot issues for all users including system access, errors, and general questions; escalating issues when necessary
◦ Create and maintain Best Practices & training materials as needed (new enhancements & features)
• Project Management:
◦ Document new requirements and enhancement requests from user base.
◦ Assist in enhancement projects and UAT when needed.
◦ Work closely with Re:Sources development team to ensure all projects are completed on time
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience in media operations (client, agency or finance)
• Ability to develop training materials and run training sessions
• An understanding of data management principles and data governance best practices
• Comfortable working in fast paced & deadline driven environment across geographies
• Strong communication skills & ability to build strong relationships across teams and countries
• Independent and self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passionate about data, reporting and analytics – must be proficient in excel -pivots, data visualization and other analytics & visualization tools
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce as a platform or any other CRM/ERP
