Taylor and Francis seeks a creative and results-driven Associate Marketing Manager. The purpose of this role is to support the US library team in content marketing activities to drive awareness of our digital product portfolio as well as the management of the US team’s presence at library conferences to maximize our opportunities with new and existing customers. The AMM is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of related content marketing / conference strategies as well as the provision of marketing intelligence (though reporting and analysis) in regards to designated assignments, product portfolio, and channel. The role is additionally responsible for managing and monitoring budgets, developing creative collateral to be disseminated cross-departmentally, and ensuring targets and development goals are achieved.
Key Accountabilities
• Create, and support, content marketing plans - ensuring that content pieces are created to deadline by working with in-house designers and other team members
• Develop conference marketing and branding plans in collaboration with regional marketing managers
• Manage the budget for US library conferences – analyzing, forecasting, and recording spend accurately
• Delegate activities among team as necessary to ensure tasks are completed in a timely fashion and to agreed benchmarks
• Undertake and support market research, implementing new strategies and ideas for conferences and industry events
• Work with library marketing team in creating marketing collateral and developing web presence in support of sales activities, conferences, internal presentations or campaigns as required
Knowledge and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
• Prior experience in a creative marketing role
• Content marketing experience (Social media, blogs, print materials, etc.) and proven ability to facilitate the production of creative collateral
• Knowledge and ability with IT systems including core MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point), web/cloud based databases, CMS, and email creation platforms
• Digital Marketing Experience – online advertising, emails, social media, etc.
• Preferred Experience: Canva, Photoshop, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
