What you’ll be doing and learning:
• Gain an understanding of how deal terms are created and executed
• Assisting in managing database of all owned advertising media assets
• Learn how monthly summary reports are used in a business setting to determine next steps to achieve optimal performance of assets
• Learn to track specific asset performance for individual teams/clients and make recommendations
• Understanding of how to QA placement, tracking codes, links for TM controlled online assets
• Learn to manage creative requests in support of sponsorships and advertising packages
• Inspect layouts and advertising copy and other promotional material for adherence to brand specifications
• Assisting in the development of marketing collateral including the creation of customized media according to the placement schedule
• Learn how teams communicate internally and use those skills to follow up on certain projects
What you need on your resume:
• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's program at an accredited college or university
• If undergrad, must have junior or senior standing
• Must be eligible for school credit and able to supply a letter stating so from school administrator
• Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week
• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• The ability to multi-task efficiently on a daily basis
