JOB DESCRIPTION
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Maintain services: Responsible for greeting guests and main reception duties. Responsible for coordinating security and facilities with building and FOX resources. Review supply requisitions to maintain inventory levels. Coordinate office and facility moves. Process all deliveries. Maintain floor plan.
• Invoice Management: Assign and monitor invoices to ensure proper routing and to ensure that all facilities related invoices are processed in a timely manner. Process time cards for contract employees.
Qualifications
• High School diploma required
• Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of business and management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office products and Adobe
