Job Description
TEGNA's Broadcasting Division seeks an entry level Data Entry to support local and regional business in Ad Operations, Premion. The ideal candidate will work exclusively with PREMION and the Ad Operations trafficking team to build and create digital advertising campaigns. This position will work out of our Digital Ad Operations location in Fort Myers, FL. Data Entry Specialist must master the digital workflow between PREMION and Ad Operations to create accurate data entry of all campaign mechanisms. This position is responsible for ensuring campaigns are built out precisely to PREMION sales guidelines and within the realm of the current technical sphere. This position will also assist with the Ad Operations trafficking team.
Responsibilities include:
Business Unit / Order Entry Workflow: Data Entry Specialist must master the digital workflow that connects the business units they support for local and regional business
Order Creation: Inputs detailed information through workflow system building the entirety of an order and identifies missing components needed to expedite campaign setup
Campaign Scheduling: Must fully understand all aspects of the ad servers and how to appropriately schedule campaigns.
Email Management: Clearly able to communicate technical and detailed information across business platforms promptly
Deadline Adherence: Will adhere to all deadlines/expectations of the order entry process
Job Requirements
Ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college or technical related discipline required. 1-2 years of working experience in data entry, ad serving platforms or ad trafficking. (3 - 5 years of practical work experience in digital technology or advertising can be substituted for college education). Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
Robust analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to function in a technical role.
Strong interpersonal and team skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects at once. Quick, adaptive learner who will develop expertise in digital workflow and ad serving systems. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to clearly convey technical and complex information through written and verbal communication. Ability to react to change productively. Proficiency in MS Office.
