JOB DESCRIPTION
Fox Television Stations, LLC is seeking a Digital Campaign Coordinator who will be responsible for trafficking online advertising campaigns across all 17 Owned and Operated websites across the country by managing campaigns and creative in our traffic system, Dart for Publishers Premium. This key position oversees all digital advertising campaigns including, but not limited to, order entry, creative management, campaign optimization, and post-delivery activity. The successful candidate will be able to execute a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. The Digital Campaign Coordinator will work closely with various key stakeholders (Adops, Sales, and Clients) to optimize progress of all revenue generating campaigns, by the building of effective campaign performance reports, analyzing results and providing key strategic recommendations for optimizing campaigns to ensure all stakeholders’ needs are met.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately manage custom, advertising campaigns across all ad-serving systems in a timely manner.
• Manage and input of creative into orders prior to campaign launch.
• Work closely with all relevant parties (Adops, Sales, and Clients) to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with sales and provide support to troubleshoot problems with creatives and tags as needed.
• When third party tags are used, obtain third party reporting and compare with DFP to verify reporting is in line, particularly if billing on delivery.
• Other related duties as deemed appropriate and assigned.
Qualified candidate must have:
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay focused in fast-paced, deadline driven and team-oriented environment.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills with solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong and proven customer service experience.
• Experience in an environment that includes digital campaign management with DFP (Legacy or Premium), as well as experience with other 3rd party ad serving systems a plus.
• Solid project management skills and organization with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment, thrives in an extremely fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS preferred.
