Job Description and Responsibilities:
Wynn Resorts is the recipient of more Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Awards than any other independent hotel company in the world. Wynn Las Vegas opened on April 28, 2005 and was once again named the best resort in Nevada on Condé Nast Traveler’s 2018 “Gold List,” a title received for the tenth time. Wynn and Encore Las Vegas feature two luxury hotel towers with a total of 4,750 spacious hotel rooms, suites and villas, approximately 192,000 square feet of casino space, 21 dining experiences featuring signature chefs and 11 bars, two award-winning spas, approximately 290,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, approximately 103,000 square feet of retail space as well as three nightclubs, a beach club and recreation and leisure facilities. In addition to two luxury retail esplanades, a Strip-front expansion, Wynn Plaza, is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed by the third quarter of 2018.
As Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager your role will include:
• Proven experience with managing eCommerce development projects and facilitating communication with I.T. dept. and technical partners.
*Able to manage multi-variant creative testing models and predictive modeling scenarios.
*Performance management reporting; must have extensive knowledge of analytics platforms and ad serving tools such as Doubleclick, Atlas,Google Analytics, Web Trends, , Media Planning, CMS, and TMS solutions.
*supervision of digital creative campaigns.
*Must have proven experience with directly managing all aspects of SEM programs (copy, bidding optimization).
*Management of multiple online advertising media campaigns across the resort.
*Mandatory senior level experience in planning media inclusive of PPC, video, mobile, and social media advertising.
*Ability to manage and augment digital strategy to meet multi-million dollar revenue goals.
*Manage and multiple internal communication points of contact, and assist with the management of external partners.
*Able to produce and manage profit and loss statements and financial reporting.
*Will work in support of the team leader to support all department initiatives.
Job Requirements:
*Four years of direct experience in ecommerce, digital advertising, marketing, and staff supervision is required.
*Previous digital agency or fast paced ecommerce driven environment is preferred.
*Must be articulate, highly organized and proactive, with documented success working under tight deadlines.
*Must demonstrate project management proficiency, the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously, proficiency using the internet as a research tool, and an understanding of basic marketing principles and ad composition.
*Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to read, write and communicate professionally in English.
*Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Professional, and internet browser software is required.
*Must be 21 years of age or older.
