Job Description and Responsibilities:
Wynn Resorts is the recipient of more Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Awards than any other independent hotel company in the world. Wynn Las Vegas opened on April 28, 2005 and was once again named the best resort in Nevada on Condé Nast Traveler’s 2018 “Gold List,” a title received for the tenth time. Wynn and Encore Las Vegas feature two luxury hotel towers with a total of 4,750 spacious hotel rooms, suites and villas, approximately 192,000 square feet of casino space, 21 dining experiences featuring signature chefs and 11 bars, two award-winning spas, approximately 290,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, approximately 103,000 square feet of retail space as well as three nightclubs, a beach club and recreation and leisure facilities. In addition to two luxury retail esplanades, a Strip-front expansion, Wynn Plaza, is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed by the third quarter of 2018.
Digital Marketing & eCommerce is responsible for promoting the Wynn Las Vegas brand via all digital channels in an effort to grow the brand and online commerce.
The responsibility of the analyst is to work alongside the Digital Marketing Director and assist with the reporting and analysis of all digital marketing programs.
*Monitor and track performance for mobile marketing initiatives, assemble performance reports, and produce department presentations.
*Previous work experience with website analytics platforms (e.g. GA, Omniture, Web Trends)
*Previous experience with consumer modeling, attribution modeling and familiarity with advertising and social media platforms is preferred.
*Must understand data logic and have previous experience with online commerce data systems.
*Strong analytical thinking, capability to produce performance reporting and program research that results in assisting with strategy. Familiarity with KPI monitoring, P&L analysis, and industry tools are required.
*Ability to do industry research and contribute recommendations that will enhance marketing strategy.
*Evaluate new emerging media platforms and vendors to help promote the Wynn Las Vegas brand, and assist in vendor selection.
*Serve as day-to-day contact with Business Intelligence and Enterprise Marketing teams, and meet regularly to determine needs of marketing team.
*Proven ability to work in fast paced, and deadline orientated environment is required.
*Ability to work independently with little supervision.
*Monitor and manage agency/vendor partnerships.
*Assist in the evaluation of new emerging media platforms and vendors to help promote the Wynn Las Vegas brand.
*Must be extremely proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic query logic.
*All other duties assigned by the head of department.
Job Requirements:
*A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and an equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Must have a minimum of three years of experience in database marketing, digital marketing, or field with eCommerce related responsibilities.
*Knowledge of internet marketing, industry best practices, and strong communication skills required.
*Must be articulate, organized and proactive, with documented success working under tight deadlines.
*Must be 18 years of age or older.
