AEG Presents, the live-entertainment division of Los Angeles-based AEG, is dedicated to all aspects of live contemporary music performance: touring, one-offs, sponsorship, festivals, and special events with seventeen+ regional offices and over thirty-seven-state-of the-art venues. AEG Presents' most recent tour roster includes The Rolling Stones, Enrique Iglesias & Pitbull, and Justin Bieber.
The National Club Coordinator will support the Touring department through diversified tasks in ticketing, logistics, research, marketing, and contracts. Achieves the maximum time effectiveness by addressing crucial priorities and avoiding trivialities. Communicates both internally and outside the organization in a positive, clear and concise manner.
1. Communicates between regional office and touring department to assist with building offers and tracking status internally throughout execution. 15% Daily
2. Aids in routing tours by gathering and organizing available dates from regional offices, placing holds with venues, and evaluating viability. 15% Daily
3. Monitors "on sale" information to compile and distribute ticketing counts to stakeholders internally and externally. 15% Daily
4. Supports artist research by pulling Broadcast Data Systems (BDS) reports and researching new promotional opportunities to expand business. 15% Daily
5. Coordinates tour social media posts; contributes to marketing ideas for the department; proofs newsletters, artwork and website content to support marketing objectives of the department. 15% Daily
6. Organizes logistics and prepares draft routings (mileage, hold status). 15% Daily
7. Performs ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the department (for example, coordinating meetings and managing a contact database with agent, manager, publicist and marketing contacts). 10% Daily
Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):
1. A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree in Business Administration Preferred)
2. A minimum of two years of related work experience
3. Knowledge of Contemporary, Pop, Urban, Classic Rock and Country music
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little oversight
5. Detail oriented, creative and able to multitask
