We are searching for an exceptional Strategy and Analytics Manager to enable data driven decision making and drive next gen awareness, adoption, and affinity for Autodesk. Reporting to the Director of Business Strategy & Operations, you will work with business stakeholders to provide visibility into education user behaviors and trends and understand the impact of marketing, sales, learning programs.

Responsibilities
• Manage a team of analytical resources; build a center of excellence for data driven decision making
• Consult with business partners to define metrics to evaluate the impact of business strategy
• Centralize all operational and data sources to provide a comprehensive understanding of business health and improve data quality
• Deliver analytical projects; provide insights into linkage between programs and outcomes
• Create dashboards and data visualizations to understand business performance and identify action plans as needed
• Conduct in-depth analysis and develop deep understanding of value drivers; build business cases and forecast models
• Deliver assessment and analysis of the business each quarter to executive management, in collaboration with the platform, marketing, learning, and field organizations
• Consult with business partners to prioritize data roadmap
• Develop relationships with technical stakeholders to align data roadmaps, tools, and technologies with our needs and requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, sales operations, or equivalent experience
• Basic SQL knowledge; experience with developing and helping end-users to adopt reports, metrics and dashboards built on Tableau, Looker or similar BI tool
Preferred Qualifications
• Created complex financial models or business cases for large scale initiatives
• Managed high-performance teams to meet challenging goals & objectives
• Successfully led strategy engagements from assessment through implementation
• Implemented meaningful organization change and measurable impact
• B.S. in engineering, statistics, or economics; MBA preferred
