This position will be responsible for working on a variety of commercial transactional legal matters, with a focus on gaming equipment transactions and general contracting review.
Position Requirements
Essential Job Functions:
• Assist on a variety of transactional legal issues and projects, including commercial contracts and overall contract administration and process.
• Interface with various departments across the company for required review and communications of issues outside of the sales transaction chain.
• Implement and process document filings and distributions.
Required Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house (mix of in-house and firm experience is preferred)
• Experience with gaming industry supply preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and matters comprehensively and with great attention to detail
• Team player with the ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Ability to adjust to shifting priorities
Physical Requirements: Office environment
Work Conditions: May require occasional weekend and evening hours.
