Fox Digital Consumer Group (DCG) is a strategic business unit within Fox Networks Group (FNG). The group’s focus is the development of TV and long-form, video-centric products that bring Fox’s content to more consumers. This includes the continued innovation of Fox’s existing TV Everywhere products, including FXNOW, FOX NOW, Nat Geo TV and Fox Sports Go, as well as the creation of brand-new consumer propositions.

The Fox Internship Program provides mentoring and learning opportunities to help you develop your skills, network with Fox employees, and learn more about what it’s like to work in the entertainment industry.
The media industry is going through a period of immense consumer driven change as OTT and digital access to television increases. The Fox Digital Consumer Group is a new strategic business unit within Fox Networks Group (FNG). The group’s focus is developing TV and video-centric products bringing Fox’s content to more consumers in new and exciting ways. First, it will be bringing together and furthering the innovation of Fox’s existing TV Everywhere products including FX Now, Fox Now, the Nat Geo TV app and Fox Sports Go. Next, it will be working to develop and bring to market direct to consumer propositions, in the US and internationally. The Customer Care department looks after customer support, subscription and billing, and call center operations.
The intern will collaborate closely with and gain insights on all aspects of the Customer Care department’s operations. They will assist with technical implementation tasks, compile ongoing reports, provide analysis, assist with presentations, and contribute to ongoing operations tasks such as quality assurance, documentation and insights gathering.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
• The intern will learn how to work within an entrepreneurial spirited digital department that moves quickly.
• They will gain in-depth exposure into all the systems, teams, and functions, that make up an industry leading customer operations organization.
• The intern will gain valuable experience with task management, communication (technical, peer-to-peer, and presentational), research, and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong attention to detail
• Superior grammar, editing, and proofing skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills appropriate for interaction with executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and external vendors and partners
• Diplomacy, ability to work within a team, maturity, strong organizational and follow-through skills, able to handle sensitive and confidential materials in a professional manner
• Effective management of multiple tasks simultaneously and under time pressure
• Self-motivated, flexible, remains calm under pressure
• Advanced computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
To participate in Fox’s Internship program you must meet the following criteria:
• Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university and be sophomore status or above.
• Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship by the Company.
• Housing is not provided, so please have a housing option guaranteed before applying.
