Enterprise Sales Coordinator- Industry & Infrastructure | Atlanta, GA
The Enterprise Sales Coordinator is a critical support role for our Enterprise Sales Team by reducing the amount of non-sales activities that are required during the sales cycle, as well as supporting the success of existing customers. The candidate will work within defined processes providing support to the sales representatives.
The Enterprise Sales Coordinator should have strong customer service and administrative skills as well as a strong capability to learn, demo and onboard new users to our software platform. The company is entering a high-growth phase and the ideal candidate has experience with software products using cutting edge modern tools and tactics. The position requires someone comfortable with the needs of outside/enterprise sales, is prepared to become a master use of our software and, in their core, believes in never accepting second best.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the onboarding process for new, large user enterprise accounts
• Reporting and metrics tracking, providing periodic updates to relevant stakeholders
• Works independently to resolve problems and manage issues relating to the Sales Department accounts and sales representatives
• Support of government RFP process for Enterprise Sales Team
• Light lead list generation and enrichment
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Work Experience:Ideally, minimum 1-2 years.
• Education: Minimum, 2-year Associate Degree. 4-Year Bachelors ideal.
• Strong customer service, administrative and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM software, including Salesforce, Insightly or similar
• Strong process management skills
• Customer service focused
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to consult, partner and work effectively with senior business leaders and business partners across cultures and functions.
• Must possess excellent written, verbal and analytical skills
• Software: Required – moderate to strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
