Job Purpose
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for administering multiple exhibition websites, uploading content and managing web forms via the Adobe Experience Manager CMS. In addition, you will work with the Global Data Support team to ensure attendee, exhibitor and prospect data is consistently and correctly uploaded and discoverable in Eloqua on a timely basis. The role requires the you to collaborate with marketing managers and the digital marketing director to implement digital marketing campaigns in line with best practice. You will also be expected to contribute to and support various digital and web projects in line with the strategic ambitions and objectives of the Division.
Key Dimensions:
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Web Admin
• Ensure the overall integrity of websites are maintained through constant review of content and by troubleshooting errors
• Testing websites across multiple browsers, platforms and devices, including smartphones and tablets
• Regularly test the customer experience journey on each website in the portfolio and make recommendations to improve desired customer next actions
• Ensure that web content is uploaded to the sites on a timely basis, refreshed and updated according to the content schedule, brand guidelines and best practices
• Use appropriate templates and components in the CMS to suit the content to be placed on the web pages
• Adhere to best practices suggested in the CMS guide (play book)
• Work with Associate Director of Digital Marketing to design and deliver the strategy / process on how images and other material will be digitally optimized and presented for the web
• Maintain style guidelines and visual format standards for web layouts and graphics
• Develop an effective and collaborative relationship with the Digital Support team to improve the customer experience across the portfolio’s web estate
• React to change productively and handle other essential functions as assigned
Digital Campaigns
• Maintain a digital calendar of activity and content, ensuring total integration with other marketing activities
• Will set up, execute and optimize digital campaigns in the following areas: Paid Search, Display Advertising, Remarketing, SEO and Social Media Advertising.
• Ensure that effective tracking methodologies (UTM’s) are in place across all digital channels and campaigns
Campaign / Data Admin
• Work with Data Services team to ensure attendee, exhibitor, and prospect databases are consistently and correctly uploaded to Eloqua on a timely basis
• In collaboration with the Marketing Support Manager, assist show teams in creating / troubleshooting responsive HTML email creatives / templates
Future Project Opportunities:
• A/B testing on the CMS/landing pages and analyze results to improve marketing campaign
• Be innovative and suggest new technology or digital ideas to improve shows’ websites
• Participate in Social Media campaigns
