This is a Temporary/Contract role for up to 9 months.
Position Summary:
The HR Benefits/Insurance Specialist will provide excellent customer service to all colleagues by determining requirements, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and ensuring thorough, accurate and timely responses to benefits and insurance related inquiries. Establish effective relationships with the Payroll, Benefits, Field HR Teams, Management and Vendors.
Responsibilities:
• Answer questions from eligible participants, HR teams, and ADP Service Center.
• Liaison with benefits vendors on eligibility and enrolment issues.
• Oversee the benefits eligibility status of re-hired and transferred employees from other regions and acquisitions.
• Trouble-shoot HR Systems, policy and process questions from colleagues, seeking appropriate solutions in liaison with the team.
• Provide support to the benefits team as needed.
• Assist with open enrolment and departmental special projects.
• Resolve general benefits/401K administration, system issues and address general questions.
• Liaison with Insurance Consultants to obtain Certificates of Insurance and addressing insurance related questions.
• Assist with the generation of reports needed during the insurance renewal process.
• Generates monthly HR Reports and ad hoc reports upon request.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to work independently and will be required to effectively interact in a team or project environment with a wide range of management, technical, HR, benefits, and payroll clients
• Ability to independently handle multiple task and assignments within SLA’s
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problems skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of HR related experience or equivalent skills
