Currently, we are seeking an Executive Producer who will be responsible for responding to client RFPs, and quickly generating creative ideas and concepts. He/She will be experienced in writing video treatments, scripts and storyboards. He/She must have a deep understanding of video pre-production, including writing call sheets and interview questions, creating budget documents, and handling risk assessments alongside the Associate Director. The Executive Producer is experienced with location scouting, researching, casting, and all elements of production management (e.g. crew logistics and travel.) and will ensure that all production shoots and filming are managed and delivered to a significantly high standard.
He/She will work with the Account Manager for current account growth and client satisfaction, but will take an active role in new business activity for the company by developing new product offerings to existing clients, and being proactive in identifying potential clients. In collaboration with the Account manager, the Executive Producer will build & increase a roster of contacts including developing relationships with suppliers and implementing cost savings.
Accountabilities
How you will contribute:
• Manage executive level relationships positioning TVC as a strategic creative partner
• Act as an enthusiastic problem solver and plays a pivotal role in the success of all engagements
• Build and lead progressive, agile production teams responsible for delivering well-crafted communication ideas.
• Have an eye for fantastic creative work and for talent, be able to identify, develop and sell through innovative ideas to the client and be an inspirational leader on both client and internal sides of the fence
Project Management
• Define and maintain scope
• Coordinate to produce print, digital, content and videos
• Provide quality control of deliverables and ensures team is meeting client needs
Account Management
• Maintain consistent communications between the NY TVC team and TVC account leaders
• Proactively manage multiple work streams and client/account relationships simultaneously
Traffic & Production Management
• Manage production process and advocate for client in the project cycle
• Create, plan and actively manage project calendars, and enforce deadlines
• Manage production and archiving of paid media and owned media assets (traditional and digital)
• Generate project and proposal estimates/budget management
Resource Management
• Daily coordination with outside partners and hire vendors, as projects dictate
• Monitor Studio capacity, track internal and freelance needs, initiate required paperwork, NDAs and process payments associated with a project
Experience, skills and professional attributes
The ideal skills for this role are:
• 10+ years developing marketing, film or content-related projects and managing creative team and clients or related experience
• Experience working in a creative/in-house agency/production environment
• Demonstrated experience running large engagements with Fortune 500 clients or equivalent experience
• Experience with various projects types, including video, branded content, PR, web, mobile.
• Develop relationships with clients (from project administrators to CEOs) through gaining creative trust and successful delivery
• Ability to define solutions that will generate measurable results for the client
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Deep understanding of project management and work flow.
• Creative: Writing reatments and scripts, Deck compilation, Strong presentation skills, Knowledge of and ability for light non-linear editing with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
