What You’ll Do:
• You will be managing a team that is actually doing the planning/buying in the DSP/DMP
• Direct the execution of brand programmatic deliverables to meet/exceed expectations
• Solid knowledge of programmatic landscape – system setups on both DSP & DMP
• Solid programmatic marketplace thought leadership with ability to tie new offerings and innovations to brand/client business objectives while supporting centralized learning agendas
• Development and coordination of immersion days and partner participation
• Someone who wants to expand his or her knowledge base outside of programmatic to encompass holistic data strategy
• Reviews MMM results, provide additional context to results relative to programmatic activity, application of learnings against future investments
• Leads media negotiations with DSP & DMP partners; consulting with clients and internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of media channels with expertise in driving digital innovation and measurable results
Qualifications
Who You Are:
• You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications
• Strong leadership skills
• 7-10 years of paid media experience
• 5+ years of management experience, ideally leading teams of 5 or more employees
• Ability to strategically plan campaigns from audience determination, through how to best flight and execute campaigns to align with clients strategic goals and KPIs
• Strong written and verbal communication (PPT, visual story telling necessary) allowing individual to explain how programmatic plans were developed, what they entail, and how they were executed
• Deep understanding of the metrics of programmatic, how they interrelate so as to be able to guide a team to effectively leverage those levers
• Private Market Place development and strategic planning, along with guaranteed direct, and other forms of inventory securing
• Programmatic buying and DSP experience; comfortable planning/buying on DSP, working with 1st and 3rd party data
• 5+ years of media analytics experience
• Portfolio management of paid media for a large brand (over $1MM media budgets)
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and decision making skills with the ability to think creatively.
• Pharma, OTC, or CPG experience a plus
