Job Summary:
The Sales Enablement Manager position oversees the training of the sales organization, improving performance and operational efficiency throughout iHeartMedia sales organization. This person manages all aspects of training development and execution, working closely with business partners across multiple divisions. The manager is responsible for operational planning and coordination among various other training resources for centrally delivered training to the field. The manager will lead all training related processes, from content development, roll out plans and communications, to tracking and reporting. This manager is the key point person for all training projects, ensuring timely delivery of effective training to the field.
What you’ll do
• Lead Training Content Development -Provide ongoing project leadership for training materials and tools that drive productivity and accountability for key corporate initiatives. Content areas include new products, selling skills, software applications and tools, etc.) Work in conjunction with Exec Ops Team, Field Support, and other central divisions to develop this training. Quality check training modules to ensure appropriate structure, messaging, and high production value.
• Provide thought leadership for training strategy –work with business unit partners to map out annual / ongoing training vision and lay out implementation plans, including content, cadence, and format.
• Improve New Hire Training -Ensure new hire onboarding and ramp up are supported centrally with high quality training programs. Identify gaps in new hire training and address.
• Leverage the Cornerstone Learning Management platform - Ensure that Sales organization is leveraging the Learning Management System (LMS) to both deliver and take virtual and on-demand training. Work closely with the LMS team to deliver effective and timely modules.

• Develop and maintain a detailed training project plan / pipeline to prioritize needs and track progress
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality deliverables within scope
• Maintain monthly tracking reports to monitor training progress across various initiatives
• Other duties as assigned.
