Job Summary:
OPPORTUNITY:
The National Sales Operations & Strategy Manager will have the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders including members of the executive team and the leaders of our national sales organization. The person will have the lead role in helping the National sales team implement and manage its strategic and operational initiatives driving significant value for the company. This position requires the ability to do basic business analysis, extensive cross-group coordination, excellent communication skills, and exceptional project management skills. The role would report into the SVP of Sales Operations and have dotted line reporting into the President of National Sales.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with National Sales team leads to execute their overall business plans and deliver on underlying strategic opportunities
• Carry out research, analysis, and modeling to produce reports and other presentations that support company strategic initiatives including yearly and quarterly planning, lead development and business intelligence
• Project manage cross-functional activities that move forward strategic and operational plans designed to deliver revenue
• Support a wide variety of highly prioritized projects, as well as complete ad-hoc projects and requests that allow the sales team to focus on clients and other external obligations
• Provide organizational support and ensure action items, deadlines, and deliverables are completed
• Create executive communications and presentations for a number of internal and external forums and purposes
• Innovative, analytical thinker with demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, prepare and implement action plans, and support improvement initiatives
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience as a project manager and or as an analyst. A technology and media background is preferred. Hardworking, well rounded, eager to learn from those around them, and enjoys problem solving.

• Bachelor's degree
• Outstanding analytic and strategic problem solving skills; ability to generate business insights using syndicated data
• Strong project management experience
• Ability to dive deep on unstructured opportunities and projects

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated business acumen; ability to understand key financial, and operational drivers affecting business

• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and resolve conflict
• Excel and Powerpoint proficiency
