Marketing Automation Manager
Our Marketing team is responsible for promoting one of the most disruptive educational technologies in the world. Our work is meaningful; we change the lives of our students and we are on a mission to change the lives of the additional two-billion English learners on the planet that we haven’t reached yet.
The Marketing Automation Manager will be passionate and data-driven. He or she is analytical with a dynamic and motivated personality and is a versatile team player.
Your work:
• Manage and administer Marketo for Voxy's marketing automation initiatives
• Own campaign creation, implementation, and technical management of demand generation programs including building, testing, documenting, attribution, and reporting campaign results back to stakeholders
• Make recommendations to optimize engagement rates and optimize lead funnel conversion validated by rigorous testing strategies and channel expertise
• Build reports that provide visibility into marketing campaign results and measure campaign efficacy; including channel metrics, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution, and ROI
• Manage and act as subject matter expert for our marketing technology stack. Research, evaluate, recommend, and implement tools and technology that will improve performance and operational efficiency
• Manage contact enrichment tools and freelancers to produce prospect lists for our demand generation team's outbound prospecting efforts
• Help evaluate and implement additional systems and tools to help optimize the demand generation and go-to-market functions
• Establish lead scoring methodologies and intelligence programs used to help sales prioritize activities
• Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Sales Operations, ensuring both parties are effectively leveraging email automation campaigns, lead gen channels, and other shared infrastructure
You’ll need to have:
• Bachelor's degree or higher and evidence of academic success
• 2 or more years’ experience as a Marketo administrator (or HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua) required, including management and execution of multi-touch email nurturing and lead generation campaigns
• Experience with SaaS B2B marketing campaigns
• Outstanding analytical, project management, and prioritization abilities
• Experience developing campaign metrics and dashboards
• Proficiency in email marketing and marketing automation technology as well as Salesforce.com
• Experience implementing, maintaining, and optimizing integrations between core marketing and sales systems
• Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis
• Experience using HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript
• High energy and positive attitude
• The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
